Uploading Your Covid-19 Vaccination Record

To upload your Covid-19 Vaccination Record, please follow these steps:

1. Go to www.hellfire13.net

2. Click "Log in" at the top of the page

3. Use your login credentials to log in to your account (Use the forgot password functionality to reset your password if you forgot it or have never logged in before)

4. If not on the Profile page, click your name in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

5. On the "My Profile" page, click the large green "EDIT PROFILE" button.  

6. Scroll down to the "Covid-19 Vaccine Record" field. 

7. Click on "Choose Files".

8. Select a picture of your vaccine card from your computer/phone.

9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the large green "Save" button.

10. You're done!
